My son likes the haircut that he got from KeJ and wanted her to cut his hair again. I, however, do not understand their sign in system. I called in the morning to make an appointment for my son when he got out of school. I was told that they could not make appointments over the phone and I would have to sign in online but I could not do that until KeJ reported to work. We went online as soon as she was suppose to be there and were told their was a 9 minute wait. We rushed over and signed in and we had a one minute wait. There was one customer in front of us waiting on "first available". KeJ just happened to get finished with her customer and then took the gentleman waiting on "first available". We went from a 9 minute wait to a 1 minute wait to a 22 minute wait. I politely spoke to the girl at the desk and said I am not mad but I am frustrated and confused. She confirmed that they could not make appointments over the phone nor can they make appointments if you walked in and tried to make an appointment for later in the day. She said the system is set up the way it is to cut down on wait time for the customer. You understand my confusion 9-1-22. I asked if I could go home and pay on line instead of before I left and you know how that went. It seems to me that Sportclips would want to take appointments however they could make them. Besides the haircut, they only want to deal with you face to face to collect their fee. Maybe that is why they have 10 chairs and only 3 people working. Where has customer service gone?

Online Check-In does, overall, reduce the wait time of clients, and we're sorry to hear this did not work out with your experience. We will look into this issue. Also, concerning leaving to paying online, it is not our policy to let clients leave the store after a service with the promise they will pay later, payment must be made in store.
